Contact BrotherShould your Brother PocketJet portable printer require service or support that cannot be found through the Brother Solutions Center website, please contact the dealer from where the printer was purchased for help and support.
Your dealer should also be your first point of contact for any warranty claim, and will arrange for any product found to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing defect to be repaired or exchanged as per your statutory rights in the country where the product is offered for sale.
